Play. Study. Develop. Training for NGOs

The development of NGOs depends on the people with which they cooperate, either employees, members or volunteers. Training is a continuous effort, while the fluctuation of personnel and volunteers is relatively high. Therefore, a permanent and yet flexible tool is needed – this is the ATSIV training platform. It ensures professional development needed for the nonprofit sector by play and personal study, in the pace of each individual involved.

Research and resources

The project includes a complex training needs analysis. The methodology involves mixed methods through survey, interviews and focus groups on a quadruple helix/social stakeholders (with the main focus on NGOs) from each country involved in ATSIV (Bulgaria, Greece, Poland and Romania).
